PhilosophyOur company philosophy is to conduct clear, practical and unambiguous research in a friendly and personal manner. We aim to put a friendly local face to all of the contracts we undertake and will use local suppliers and resources as much as possible in order to retain expenditure within the local economy. We operate principally for Channel Island companies and organisations and therefore provide the added benefits of local knowledge and personal contact - both essential in fully understanding the brief and the associated issues. We also have a network of local contacts for design and print, data input, interviewing and other data resources. By commissioning projects to First Research, the expenditure and employment are retained within the local economy. Moreover, without the travel costs and an expensive company infrastructure, we are confident that we can put forward very competitive quotes for any potential projects, while still guaranteeing the professional standards expected of any market research company. We are a dedicated and professional market research and data services company that will deliver independent and reliable results, but with the added understanding and interpretation that comes from our experience of working in marketing in the public and private sectors both in Jersey and in the UK. We provide flexibility and practicality... While we do provide full service management of research projects, we also understand that properly conducted research can sometimes be restrictive and impractical in terms of budget. We will advise on the most cost-effective solutions and can provide additional stand-alone services such as data input, data analysis and data consultancy. We can also source other relevant research for marketing planning, which quite often negates the need to undertake additional bespoke research. A core strength of First Research is our experience and ability in integrating research and databases into the planning, product development and marketing functions. |
