Cancellation Policy
The following Policy will be strictly adhered to:

Cancellation by Pure Adventure

If weather conditions are unsuitable for the chosen activity - you will be given the following options:

1. Reschedule the same activity for a future date;
2. Choose an alternative activity of the same value;
3. Have your Pure Adventure account credited for a period of 12 months;
4. Exchange for a Gift Voucher valid for 12 months for your personal use or that of a friend.

Session/Course time restricted to under half the scheduled session/course duration before cancellation by us due to adversely changing weather conditions - A full credit to the value of the session will be credited to your Pure Adventure Account for use within a 12 month period.

Over half the session/course time achieved before cancellation by us or by the customer due to adversely changing weather conditions - Pure Adventure will not offer any credit for the remaining time of the cancelled session.

If a session/course or any other event is either missed, stopped or cancelled by the customer - Pure Adventure will not be obliged to offer a credit or refund of any kind.

Refunds are at the discretion of the Director(s) only.

Courses/Kids Camps

If you book on to a course or camp, please be prepared for dates / times to change due to weather. If you can’t make the new scheduled time, you won’t be entitled to any refund for this missed session. However, we will credit your Pure Adventure account with the fraction of the course fee that you missed, which can be redeemed for the same, or an alternative, activity.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and Pure Adventure reserves the right to consider any voucher(s) that have been tempered with no longer valid. View the full Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.
